By signing up to our classes, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
  • We use positive reward-based methods in all of our training.   This includes using marker-based training where you are welcome to either use a clicker or a verbal ‘yes’ – this will all be explained in your first session.
  • Please bring your dog on a flat collar/harness and short lead (no flexi/extendable leads please).  Choke chains and slip leads will also not be allowed.
  • We will be using lots of treats in our training sessions.  This needs to be of high value, so something your dog loves! Cooked meat/cheese works best.  You may find their usual dry food or dry treats are not rewarding enough in a class or outside environment.
  • If your dog is more toy motivated, please bring a toy to classes.
  • Please contact us if you have a bitch that comes into season during your course.  Depending on the other dogs that are attending the class, we will either allow you to come to class or wait until the season is finished, in which case, your missed lessons will be credited.
  • Please do not book your dog on to any of our classes if they have shown aggression to other dogs or people.  Contact us first to see how we can help.
  • Please do not allow your dog to go up to other dogs in the class unless we specify you can do so.
  • It is the handler’s responsibility to train their dogs as recommended in all different environments (not just the classes).  The training will only be successful if training is done throughout the week, not just at class.
  • Please wear suitable footwear and clothing to our outside venues.
  • By signing up to our agility or flyball classes, you are confirming that your dog is physically sound and fit.
  • Please clear up after your dog at all our venues, and take it home with you.  There are no poo bins at any of our sites.
  • We are not liable for any injury to you or your dog whilst at one of our training sessions.
  • We do not hold any responsibility for your vehicle whilst parked at our classes.
  • It is the handler’s responsibility to ensure they do not trip over any long lines or leads that are attached to the dogs.
  • Private lessons must be paid for in full at the time of booking to secure the session.

  • At least 24 hours notice must be given to cancel a private lesson.  If private lessons are cancelled in less time than this, refunds will not be given.
  • If you buy a programme of private lessons including our Reactive to Relaxed programme, you have 9 months to book in your sessions.  Following this time, any outstanding lessons will expire and can no longer be used.
  • Class fees are non-refundable in the event that you cannot make your group training lessons.
  • In the case of bad weather and outdoor sessions have to be cancelled, fees are non-refundable.  Lessons will be added to the end of the course.  If there are spaces on another class, these missed lessons can be made up on another day.
  • We reserve the right to ask anyone that is rude or aggressive to our trainers or class members to leave immediately without any refund.
