We were first time puppy owners and as a family with children, we wanted to get it right. Having being recommended CK9 Training by lots of friends and work colleagues, we signed up to the Puppy Package as we wanted as much support as possible. All of the services were absolutely brilliant - we had so much support by Chantal and her team. The classes were fun, the exercises were simple to do, and our children were able to attend. We all learned so much and Oscar's difference in behaviour was remarkable by the end of the training. We are now going to start the agility foundations class with CK9 and we can't wait! :)

Rating: As first time puppy owners, we signed up to this Programme in order to get the best help and advice possible, we were worried about getting things wrong! Our trainers Chantal and Rachel were brilliant - reassured us whenever we didn't know what to do and they explain things so simply, it is very easy for people that have never had a puppy before to understand.
